Requirements
>> Main Applicant Age
21 years old above
>> Family members who can apply
Spouse (husband/wife), Children / biological or stepchildren / adopted children (under 21 years old or between 21 and 34 years old, not working in Malaysia and not married), Disabled children (no age limit), Parents and parents-in-law
>> Residency Requirements
90 days per year/can be accumulated
>> Fixed deposit requirements
21 year – 49 year = 65,000 USD, 50 Years old above = 32,000 USD
>> Apply for withdrawal of fixed deposit
After one year of visa, you can apply to withdrawal 50% of your fixed deposit Used for purchasing a house in Malaysia, children’s education in Malaysia, medical expenses in Malaysia and “Malaysia travel expenses”

Only allowed to buy properties from developers, not second-hand properties.(*The property price will be based on the requirements of each state government)

Allow (Long-term medical treatment in Malaysia is allowed)
